About the Eskom Artisan Learnership Programme
Eskom’s Artisan Training Programme is a structured learnership designed to equip learners with practical training in the Electrical discipline. Successful applicants will be trained within Eskom departments and work toward becoming qualified artisans.
This programme is ideal for recent school leavers with a passion for engineering, technical operations, and contributing to South Africa’s energy solutions.
Minimum Requirements
To be eligible for the learnership, applicants must meet one of the following academic criteria:

Grade 12 (Matric) with:

Mathematics: minimum 50%

Physical Science: minimum 50%

English: minimum 40%

OR

N3 Engineering certificate with a minimum of 40% in English
OR

NCV Level 4 with:
