- Place orders and liaise with suppliers
- Ensure that prices and quantity concur with order sheet and invoice
- Issuing of stock/parts to workshop
- Manage the stock/parts ratio of stores in line with budget on a minimum/maximum stock level
- Assist in weekly/monthly stock take
- Ensure store room is locked and clean at all times
- Receive all stock from suppliers
