Campus Manager

The position of Campus Manager will include but not be limited to the following functions:
Scheduling classes for our clients, lecturers and students throughout the year
Distributing these schedules to clients, lecturers and students - i.e. all admin related to the scheduling
Recruiting, placing and monitoring performance of lecturers
Managing all student processes - results, queries etc
Manage occasional ad hoc queries with regards to the College and its offerings
Work closely with the Campus Coordinator to prepare course material for each new class starting throughout the year
All admin functions / reports related to this position
Liaise with marketing department with marketing programmes such as Open Day's, Expo's, Corporate Brunches etc.
Must build positive relationships with clients, staff, lecturers and students
Report to the MD and CEO and work closely with all staff
Must be willing to work long hours and Saturdays when required
May be required to travel to clients across the country at times (traveling cost to the company)

Position based at the Head Office in Benoni but scheduling will be done for all courses conducted across South Africa.

Job Requirements: 

The successful candidate will have:
A 3-year degree / relevant qualification at NQF Level 7 at an accredited SA institution
Absolute expert knowledge on MS Office Suite - especially Excel
Problem solving skills a must as you will be balancing various factors when scheduling and re-scheduling classes
Must be able to think on your feet
Must be able to communicate clearly, effectively and respectfully with all levels of staff - from shop floor to top management
Must have own transport
Must have at least 3 years experience in scheduling classes for a tertiary institution
Must have working knowledge of South Africa's Education sector through all the NQF Levels
Must clearly understand the workings of the SETA's in SA, in particular merSETA, W&R Seta, Services Seta and TETA
SDF knowledge an advantage
Knowlegde of SA's production & manufacturing industry an advantage
Must be highly ethical in all job related aspects
