Prospective candidates should be unemployed youth graduates who possess a post metric IT (Information Technology) qualification with specialization in Hardware, Software and Computer Networks e.g. Further Education and Training Certificate : IT Technical Support NQF Level 4, National Certificate : IT Systems Support NQF Level 5 or a Diploma in IT or Computer Studies with specialization in Hardware, Software and Computer Networks.
