Course Administrator

Academy is offering a great opportunity for a Certificate Co-ordinator to become part of a self-motivated and dynamic team.

Key Outputs
• Front office co-ordination
• Portfolio co-ordination
• Liaise with clients
• Accurately tracking portfolios to Assessors
• Updating & uploading learner results on the system
• Communicating learner results on the learners
• Learner achievements to ETDP SETA
• Record-keeping and data capturing
• Generating skills programme certificates for learners
• Administrative services

Job Requirements: 

Minimum Requirements
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• 2-3 years administration experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
• Knowledge of a learner management system would be to your advantage
• Knowledge of the training industry specifically ETQA’s and Seta’s would be to your advantage
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good planning and organisation skills
• Work independently and takes accountability
• Assertive
• Flexible
• Works well under-pressure
• Deadline driven
• Customer focus
