• To develop, design and quality assure training material to targeted audience ensuring company performance objectives and SETA compliance is met.
• Project manage various phases of the course development life cycle including needs analysis, requirements gathering, course development, course and evaluation on a quarterly basis.
• Ensure Standard operating procedures and quality assurance processes are in compliance with relevant legislation.
• To conduct quality assurance checks and provide improvement recommendations or solutions to relevant parties on a quarterly basis.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness on the training within the business, through regular impact analysis studies and other methods of analysis.
• Manage administration processes through regular review of learner database and other administration documents to ensure BEE and SETA processes are met.
• Conduct monthly moderation on training to ensure assessment practices are fairly done.
• Manage employees through ensuring KPIs are in place, support and develop employees on a continuous basis, performance discussions are done when required.
• To ensure the company retains its accreditation status by complying with legislation requirements.
• Keep abreast of legislative changes relating to learning and development and ensure such changes are implemented in the company.

Job Requirements: 

• 3 years Designing & Developing Course Content experience
• 3 years Quality assurance experience
• 5 years’ experience in the Education, Training and Development Environment
• Experience in Seta Compliance & Accreditation
• Retail experience will be an advantage
• Qualification in HR & ODETDP
• Good planning, co-ordinating, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Effective writing and speaking skills in English and another official SA language
• Must have a code 08 driving license and be willing to travel
