Requirements:

* Matric Grade 12 certificate
* ONLY CAPE TOWN BASED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED
* Min of 3 years experience working as a permanent recruiter
* Advanced Excel and MS Office skills, social media
* Excellent people skills
* Excellent admin skills
* Positive and energetic

Responsibilities:

* New business development for permanent division
* Grow permanent division and expand on current clients
* Cold calling
* Telesales
* Interviewing of candidates
* Matching job specs with suitable candidates
* Placing advertisments
* Sourcing suitable candidates through social media and network and database
* Obtaining references
* Successful placements
* Building and maintain good relationships with clients and candidate base
