Damelin, A Private Education Provider, is seeking to employ a Sales Consultant at their campus in Bramley.
Sales Qualification (preferable)
2-5 years relevant experience (at least 2 years to client sales experience)
Fully bilingual: English and one other South African language
Computer literacy - Outlook, Word and Excel are mandatory
Energetic and customer centric
Enthusiastic and willing to be challenged
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Capacity to work within a team
Ability to work under pressure
Pro-activity, reliability and efficiency essential
Telephonic, written and electronic communication
Stay abreast of changes to courses and Company Procedures/protocols
Provide frontline customer support and dealing with learner queries
Provide innovative and dynamic solutions i.e. proactively rectifying the cause of problems and trying to deliver the best customer service.
Guide students in selecting the correct programmes to suit their educational needs
Meet targets consistently
Quality performance standards to be met consistently
Related administrative duties
Record performance statistics daily
Be familiarized with all functions within the department for effective query resolution
Utilize the companies CRM system and database to contact prospects and keep accurate records of these interactions
Load students accurately and efficiently onto the inter campus accounting system and quote them accordingly
