Lead and provide strategic direction to staff responsible for following functions and/or business units: Communications, Facilities Management and Information Technology (IT) Services.
Responsibilities of a Projects and Revenue Administrator, include administrative, financial and support function of project-related assignments, including the set-up, ongoing maintenance, revenue, billings and interpretation and reporting on project performance on several projects within specially assigned sectors from Proposal Phase to Project close-out.
To provide accurate and timeous processing and payment of; COD/HR urgent invoices and payment requests, manual employee expense - mileage claims, all Telkom invoices, Foreign trade creditor invoices and reconciliation of all branch petty cash transactions. Maintenance of the COD supplier master file.

This position is responsible and accountable to the Pool Manager in the provision of administrative support duties in accordance with ATNS Company policy and values, ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARP’s) and the South African Civil Aviation Technical Standards (CATS) and Regulations (CARS).
