Experience as a receptionist in a corporate environment.
General office admin
Answering the telephone etc
Excellent communication skills
Excellent administration skills Accuracy
Experience with MsWord, MsExcel and E-mail
Client service skills

Individual required to perform general office duties, including but not limited to:
• Creditors control
• Salary processing including end of month returns such as PAYE,UIF, skills levy and medical
• Reconciling VAT returns
• Reconciling creditors accounts
