Operations Manager (Asphalt / Road Surfacing)

COMPANY:
Join one of South Africa’s largest private commercial suppliers of hot and cold asphalt products, with over 17 years successfully operating in the bituminous industry (since 1998).
The primary application of products can be found on national, provincial and municipal roads, urban streets, runways, shopping centre car parks, driveways and sidewalks. They include:

SITE AGENT

 Liaising with clients and reporting progress, professional staff (such as architects and surveyors) and the public.
 Supervising contracted staff.
 Meeting subcontractors
 Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.
 Maintain quality control procedures.
 Motivating the workforce.
