Sector Skills Planning Manager – The Sector skills planning unit is ultimately responsible for driving the development of skills within the sector. The manager is responsible for maximise participation by stakeholders in the sector to ensure that the LGSETA has relevant, up to date information and analysis to allow it to perform its strategic skills planning function for the sector.
The Quality Assurance Manager will report to the Operations Director and overall will ensure an optimal balance between quality and delivery. The QA Manager will also:
• Ensure effective quality management systems and SOP’s (electronic and paper-based) are in place
• Manage the company QMS
