The Technical Service Support Engineer are the key point of contact for clients and provide both pre- and after- sales advice. He/she will liaise regularly with the Client Service Controller to give him/her feedback on ticket queries. They combine technical knowledge with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of products.
Menu design meets quality, colour, texture and presentation requirements
Menu design meets target market of project/unit
Menu design enhances health, work efficiencies, and productivity
Menus designed are within budgeted costing parameter
Unit cooks are trained to produce the designed menus in accordance stipulated requirements
* Problems on ACCPAC are resolved with minimum downtime by liaising with service provider
* ACCPAC Service packs and updates are installed in accordance with stipulated guidelines and communicated to users
* Relevant settings are configured for VIP and relevant support provided as is required
* Project revenue and costs are managed in accordance with budget, so that GP is achieved
* Cash procedures are maintained and variances in cash incestigated and resolved
* Purchasing is done through preferred suppliers appointed by the Company and within budgetary constraints
* Stock holding days is in accordance with Company standards, curently under 10 days

Job Requirements:
The purpose of a sales representative is to promote the products and services of the company to current and new clients in order to generate revenue. He/she also offers advice to the clients on the way to use the products so that the client can achieve cost savings and increase revenues. They are required to do extensive travelling in order to visit the possible buyers and current clients.
This person will be responsible for all administration duties relating to our products as well as filtering leads to the relevant sales reps. This person will also assist the procurement administrator with procurement functions.
