The successful incumbent will be responsible for:
• The implementation of critical HR practices related to Transformation, including Employment Equity, Talent and Performance Management and Diversity Management
• Implementation of the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP), Annual training report (ATR) and Employment Equity Report and Plan (EEP).

PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Responsible for the co-ordination and administration of IT projects as well as ensuring that IT projects comply with projects methodology, standards, policies, procedures and audits requirements
