Hotel Receptionist / Switchboard Admin

Established Hotel is looking for a well – presented, hands on individual who is able to manage a busy switchboard, see suppliers and relive reception when required to join their team.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • 2 years relevant experience
  • Experience in a 5* environment – Advantageous
  • Computer literacy – essential

Job Requirements:

  • Good command of the English language
  • Excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills
  • Confident with guests and suppliers
  • Must be able to handle pressure
  • Very good interaction over the phone
  • Must be flexible with a good sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Good a multi-tasking
  • Able to work well with all departments  and staff
  • Flexible working hours
