Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Food & Beverage qualification
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar environment and role

Duties will include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Financial / budget Management
  • Managing of Restaurant
  • Staff Management
  • Stock control/Management
  • General accounting duties
  • Training and integration
  • General duties (Health & Safety and Employment Equity Process)
