Analyst (Real Estate) | Campaign Manager – Cape Town

Innovative Property brokerage firm is currently seeking a dynamic Analyst | Campaign Manager.

The main role of this job is to support the directors by providing research, analysis and reporting on properties and specific localities. The main focus areas will be due diligence studies, valuations, market research, campaign marketing and reporting.

Other tasks include: Contact tracing for use by brokers; Assisting in any other tasks that may be required in the sale or acquisition of properties.

Minimum Requirements:

• BCom: Accounting / Economics or Qualification in Property Studies or Similar
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of business and markets
• Excellent research skills
• Interest and general understanding of property investment
• Curious by nature
• Preferred Experience with:
• CMA Info
• Lexis Windeed
• Google Maps
• Canva
• Mailchimp

Roles & Responsibilities:

Research:

• Tracking / Monitoring and analysis of markets / company announcements
• Tracking / Monitoring and analysis of properties - On Auction / For Sale / Sold
• Identify sales leads from research – Pass leads to sales brokers for intro

Due Diligence:

• Conduct property valuations / Investment Analyses and prepare reports
• Conduct in-depth area research and analysis (Demand, Supply, Market Sentiment)
• Create marketing material for campaigns (Information packs, Mailers, Online listings and signage)

Campaign:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining contact database
• Assist in preparing market feedback reports during sales campaigns
