Although we find ourselves during a time of uncertainty due to a global pandemic, this has changed many aspects of our lives especially our working environment and lifestyles. This has altered our daily routines, schedules and working hours. As many things have changed around us, we had to find new ways of adapting and creating a space for ourselves to remain productive whilst working in the comfort of our homes. 

Many of us consider ourselves as being an “overachiever” and want to push ourselves beyond our limit and expectations. This can have a negative effect on our body and mind.

Taking a break is important for your mental well-being as it reduces your stress cortisol levels and leaves you with a greater sense of happiness and health care.
