Requirements:

  • Grade 12/National Senior Certificate.
  • Tertiary qualification will be beneficial.
  • Must have a stable working history.
  • 5 years’ similar experience – essential.
  • Experience in Word, Excel, Winlaw and Korbitec GhostConvey.

 

Personal Competencies:

  • People orientated and results driven.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Opening of files.
  • Execution of brief searches.
  • Weekly communication with sellers, buyers and agents.
  • Request tax clearance certificates.
  • Request for levy clearance certificates.
  • Request for transfer duty receipts.
  • Communication with mortgage lawyers and cancellation attorneys.
  • Management of finance for registration.
  • Arranging of signing documents.
