- Grade 12/National Senior Certificate.
- Tertiary qualification will be beneficial.
- Must have a stable working history.
- 5 years’ similar experience – essential.
- Experience in Word, Excel, Winlaw and Korbitec GhostConvey.
- People orientated and results driven.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Opening of files.
- Execution of brief searches.
- Weekly communication with sellers, buyers and agents.
- Request tax clearance certificates.
- Request for levy clearance certificates.
- Request for transfer duty receipts.
- Communication with mortgage lawyers and cancellation attorneys.
- Management of finance for registration.
- Arranging of signing documents.
