Digital Marketing Specialist


  • Plan and execute digital marketing including SEO/SEM, social media marketing campaigns, display advertising and social media campaigns.

  • Build, design and maintain the company’s social media presence with corresponding KPI’s

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize expenditure based on insights.

  • Create strategy and tactics for increasing the quality and quantity of leads through digital enhancement and new campaigns

  • Act as a leader and liaison with multiple stakeholders in the generation, management and conversion of leads.

  • Become the owner and custodian of the website, creating an annual calendar activity for the marketing activity on the website, in addition to tracking and analysing the website traffic flow and providing regular reports.

  • Be accountable for working with the digital team in the management, execution and measurement of the campaigns.

  • Become part of the task team that will work on creating an ecommerce online sales platform.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree, marketing Major Preferable

  • At least six years of experience in a marketing department or marketing agency environment

  • A demonstrable knowledge of creation of digital campaigns

  • An understanding of SEO, Google analytics and other digital measurement tools.

  • An in-depth knowledge of social media platforms from a brand building point of view

  • A working knowledge of lead generation on digital platforms/websites

  • CMS system, would be proficient in WordPress – non-negotiable

  • 2 years in team management
