FRENCH SPEAKING Customer Service Representative

International Medical Company is currently recruiting for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative, to work within and support the Africa Sales Support structure. The position is available immediately. Salary: R15,000-R18,500 (depending on experience and last earnings). Office based - The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the administration and clerical support to the Market Leaders driving sales in African countries, excluding South Africa and Lesotho. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Previous sales office experience with price file management (4 years +)
  • French  (fluent in reading, writing, speaking)
    • Accurate data entry skills, attention to detail
    • Experience with Letter of Credit and knowledge of Export shipping procedures
    • Previous experience dealing with African countries in a administrative support role will be an advantage
    • Valid drivers’ license
    • Own reliable transport
      • Available for travel on short notice
      • Position will be based in Pretoria North
      • Availability after hours, on an ad-hoc bases
        • Ability to work under pressure
        • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Accpac
        • Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
        • Critical to be able to prioritize and multi-task in a highly demanding environment
        • Excellent data interpretation to drive desired results
        • Positive relationship building
        • Persuasion, influential, team player, self-motivated, target driven, able to work under pressure
        • Highly energetic and have a focused drive for success
