- To assist in the development of product solutions/services by engaging Product Managers and Sales.
- To develop strategies of driving not only new sales of products/services but recommending solutions to clients that target the retention of clients over a considerable period. (Value Based Selling & Advisory Sales).
- Identify potential clients assess their needs and solution Banks products and services.
- Negotiates with relevant authorities and organisations to ensure the Ubank s products and services are recommended.
- To continuously create awareness of the Banks products within the business market and to aggressively look for opportunities of growing the bank’s products within this market.
- Investigates existing marketing and business practices and recommends opportunities for improvement within the Bank.
- To drive the development and building of strategic partnerships with identified business clients, third party vendorsand co-marketing opportunities.
