- Minimum 5 Years Prior Experience working as an HR Officer

- Recruitment and Admin Control of the Recruitment Processes
- Placing of adverts.
- Review Applications and Portfolios of Candidates.
- Shortlisting and Reference Checking of all new staff
- Email of portfolios to Managers for consideration
- Administering Interview process.
- Draft and issue offer letters, letters of appointments and Cost of Employment as per the EE policy and budget approvals
- Ensure completed employment take on pack is received within the relevant payroll deadline date and issued to payroll to capture
- Managing new employee inductions process from start to end
- Coordination with payroll of new starts or leavers.
- Conduct exit interviews for staff who resigned
- Issue relevant termination paperwork to staff who’s employment ends.
- Monitoring and Approving the update of company Organograms monthly.
- Setting up of Probationary Reviews for new staff
- Coordinates and Monitors to ensure probation reviews are scheduled and achieved.
-Attendance at probation reviews where applicable.
-Coordination of staff welfare programmes
- Manage benefits i.e provident fund, funeral fund, medical aid new applications, updates and claims
- Managing spend and upgrades of cellphone contracts
- Managing employee files and audits
- Manage certificates of service
- Dealing with daily staff matters managing Employee Relations and provide related support to Managers
- Attending Shop Stewards meeting to take and distributing minutes to both companies shop stewards and management meetings
- Flight bookings on occasion for managers or traveling employees
- All ad-hoc duties
