Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology / related discipline preferred
- Proven track record as an HR Manager
- 5 10 Years experience in a medium to large organisation (500+ employees)
- Experience developing wide spectrum of staff from unskilled to senior management
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases, including the Payroll function
- Preferably from a Sales / Retail industry
