Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology / related discipline preferred
• Proven track record as an HR Manager
• 5 10 Years experience in a medium to large organisation (500+ employees)
• Experience developing wide spectrum of staff from unskilled to senior management
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases, including the Payroll function
• Preferably from a Sales / Retail industry
