- Opening files.
- Execution of brief searches.
- Weekly communication with sellers, buyers and agents.
- Request tax clearance certificates.
- Request for levy clearance certificates.
- Request for transfer duty receipts.
- Communication with mortgage lawyers and cancellation attorneys.
- Management of finance for registration.
- Arranging of signing documents.
- Grade 12.
- Tertiary qualification will be beneficial.
- Must have a stable working track record.
- Experience in Conveyancing – essential.
- Must Have experience in Word, Excel, Winlaw and Korbitec GhostConvey
- Be fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- Own transport.
- People orientated and results driven.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
