The successful candidate should have the ability to:
- Manage from conceptto design, sample production, testing, forecasting, cost mass production, promotion, support and product end of life.
- Ability to deliver an operation plan (achievement of growth objectives incl. market share, revenue, profit and return on investment.
- Ability to set medium to long term strategy for the company products (product road map).
- Ability to gather and analyse data (Internal and external).
Due to the position being based in DRC, the ideal candidate would be of Congolese nationality, ideally educated abroad (outside of DRC) but not essential.
Final remmuneration package is negotiable dependant on the relevant education / work experience.
A good working knowledge and understanding of the following is desirable:
- Branding knowledge
- point of sale
- dealer distribution
