Property and asset management - attend site meetings, motivate renovations, inspections when tenants vacate units, record assets
Client reports - income and expense reports, monitor municipal recoveries
Budgeting - prepare annual budgets, review rental annually, monthly forecasts, formulate business plans
Building management - ensure compliance with legal regulations
Finance related - debtors management, manage arrears/write offs, authorise payments/cleaning/maintenance orders, manage municipal payments, recon of monthly rent roll, rent statements and collection
Tenant management - deal with tenants - training, review leases, ensure evacuation drills are in place, lease negotiations, manage occupation levels, obtain keys when vacating units, bill damages
Marketing - manage tenant satisfaction surveys, ensure websites are updated, advise shareholders of rental rates, create brand awareness and brand value
Admin - credit vetting, ensure all relevant monies are paid upfront, load fingerprints, allocate keys
Operations - ensure rooms are cleaned and have keys, check wifi, ensure buildings are clean and house rules adhered to
- Relevant qualification
- At least 5 years in a similar role
- Valid drivers license and own car
