Sales Specialist: FTTH


Job description includes, but not limited to: -

To achieve set sales targets set on daily, monthly and a quarterly basis

To assist customers with day to day queries (sales and technical) and attending to complaints

To ensure daily, weekly and monthly reporting is accurate and received timeously

Implement defined product and sales strategy as defined by Carrier and Connectivity Business Unit

Manage the internal order to invoice process to ensure operational efficiency

Manage day to day activities for defined internal marketing campaigns
Social media presence and management in line with product knowledge, strategy and objectives

Fundamental understanding of Social media and impact on sales and business process required and to be implemented and managed accordingly

Internal and External communication: Interpersonal interaction with customers and team members on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as and when required

Minimum requirements

Grade 12

Sales/ related certificate

1 years of experience in Telecom enviroment

2 Years working experience as Internal Sales/ Coordinator

Call Centre/ Telesales experience preferable

1 year experience in Computer Literacy

Job knowledgement and Skills

Understanding of Technical environment

Experience in ICT Industry

Written and verbal communication skills
