EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent Role

SECTOR: Admin / Office support

BASIC SALARY: R16 000 – R18 000 / Provident fund / Merit bonus / Dec close

START DATE: September 2019

 

DUTIES

  • To co-ordinate the technical administration for the Department
  • Quotes
  • The ordering of spares
  • Stock control
  • The raising of invoices (Pastel adv.)
  • Liaise with clients (incl. of SLA’s / Account queries / other)
  • Issuing of job cards
  • Co- ordinate / organize  annual inspections
  • Ad hoc duties

APPLICANTS MUST HAVE

  • Senior Certificate / Tertiary = Office Support / Project Management / similar
  • Be Credit and Criminal clear
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in manufacturing environs (technical)
  • Solid knowledge in working in BOM (Bills of Material)
  • Experience in costing
  • Experience in quotes
  • Experience in inventory / stock levels
  • Proficient in Pastel / Excel
  • Proficient in English / Afrikaans – excellent communication skills (read, write, spell)
  • Ability to work on own within a team environment
  • Have strong attention to detail
