To develop, configure, maintain, support and ensure coordination of installation and connectivity of computer systems to ensure the stable operation of the Organisation’s IT infrastructure by optimizing all new and existing network infrastructure, software, audiovisual system, telephone systems and data centre.
• Generating new business via cold calling and successfully converting new prospects into customers,
• Key account management of current clients,
• Establishing needs and advising clients on appropriate training and consulting interventions.
• Adhere to functional policies, standards, guidelines, procedures, end- to-end processes, tools, templates etc.
