Bank based in Pretoria requires a friendly, bilingual and very courteous Enquiries Clerk.The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to all general enquiries from all walk in clients as well as existing clients and directing them to the relevant consultants with a friendly and very helpful manner and professionalism at all times.Responsibilities would include the following; Compiling and submitting reports to the Head Office, Updating of Customer details, Providing efficient , smooth running and consistent service to the customer. Matric, 2 Years minimum Enquiries/General Customer experience (exp in a Banking environment would be an advantage.Our client requires a customer oriented, accurate and friendly individual who will maintain professionalism and the standards of the Bank at all times.
