Job Description: 

A vacancy has arisen for a Bookkeeper /Admin Officer
Candidate Requirement /Qualification Profile :
Grade Certificate
Task-focused and accurate
3 to 5 years experience in general bookkeeping activities as well as daily office secretarial and clerical functions
Functional knowledge of preparing deposit slips and cash expenditure receipts.
Knowledge of principles and practices of bookkeeping activities
Able to assist the department in recognizing and resolving accounting discrepancies
Ability to assist in maintaining profit and loss reports.
Understanding of account balancing and reconciliation activities
Analytical Minded
Attention to detail targeted at following through with financial commitments
Good communicator
Ability to handle a multitude of bookkeeping tasks
Energetic problem-solver

Key Tasks/Responsibilities:

Perform general and secretarial/clerical and bookkeeping functions – assist thw department as required
Assist in balancing of company books
Complete and submit tax forms on timely basis
Assist in preparing bills and invoices
Type and distribute Internal Correspondence
Maintain inventory records and record of financial statements

Remuneration Offered :
