Credit Controller

Seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Credit Controller with B2C & B2C credit control experience (Predominantly B2C). The role involves both chasing debts by phone and email, and also working with the operations team to investigate and solve queries blocking payment being made.
Excellent communication skills and diplomacy are an essential part of this key role. Experience with Xero is an advantage. You will support the Finance Team with a range of administrative duties to ensure accurate and up to date record keeping. You will also be working on preparation and submission of legal cases, when we need to take debtors to court to recover unpaid charges, so a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills is a must.
Requirements:
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification
- Own stable internet access, computer and headset
- Fluent English
- Minimum 3 years’ credit control experience
- Should be comfortable with Excel, Outlook & Word
- Should have a good typing speed and be able to easily learn new IT systems
- Must have an excellent telephone manner and be comfortable dealing with customer queries.
