Job Description: 

We are currently looking for a meticulous and attentive Office Data Entry and Filing Assistant
Key Tasks:
Manually capture and verify information into the existing computerised database,
Ensure the company client database is completely accurate and up-to-date to date at all t8mez ( liaise with clients regarding update of account and personal details)
Accurate filing and record keeping of important documents ( both electronic and manual)
Ensure files are complete and that staff return documents to files
Assist staff in locating various files/ documents as required
