Job Description: 

Enable the agile and creative sourcing and placement of executives and skilled specialists across a diverse spectrum of industries. Become a value-add within a company with a unique capability for sourcing and placing candidates in roles in sub-Saharan African countries.

The successful individual will assist clients in developing dual talent pools which includes identifying individuals internally with the potential for promotion and mapping the market to benchmark this talent against that which is available in the broader marketplace.

You will partner with their clients to understand their talent requirements within the context of their business model and strategic objectives, allowing you to provide local market insights into the availability and quality of talent.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ Years' Agency Recruitment environment experience within an Executive Search Consultant or Talent Mapping capacity.
  • University Degree is of added advantage.
  • Proof of billings and placement schedules.
  • Executive/boardroom-level professionalism and communication skills.
  • Valid Drivers License & own vehicle.
