Our client is seeking a Frontline Receptionist/Office Support Clerk
Duties will include:
Reception cover
Generating and matching purchase orders
Answering incoming calls and directing to relevant member of staff
Greeting visitors and issuing security passes
Opening and tributing mail
Organising couriers
Keeping attendance records
Issuing employment packs and other personnel correspondence
Updating staff and client database/ records
Maintaining the Office Archiving SysteI
Arranging catering for meetings
Filing scanning, photocopying and faxing
