Head of Human Resources for a global manufacturing company based in Gauteng south. Must have a relevant tertiary qualification and at least 10 years experience in a HR management / HR department head role in a medium to large company in the manufacturing industry (petrochemical, refinery, mining, steel or similar), must have dealt with unions and have strong IR experience as well.
Duties will include:
· Managing the full HR function in a manufacturing environment
· Responsibilities include recruitment and selection, people leadership and talent management, union interaction and negotiations, employee relations, leading and managing organisational change, strategic partnerships
