IT Auditor

To gain a clear understanding of the area under review and to evaluate controls
To identify and assess risks related to the area under review and to draft an audit program to test controls that are intended to address the risks
To identify gaps in the process and recommend process improvements
To draft reports with clear and concise findings and associated risks
To identify the cause of findings and assess management’s action plans to ensure that root causes are addressed
To liaise with department heads, line managers, and external auditors
To perform IT audits of the financial and operational business processes with specific reference to:
Application controls;
IT General controls;
Cyber security; and
Data privacy.
To perform or assist in the performance of special reviews at the request of management
