Key activities will include (but not be limited to):

Assist in the Debtors/Creditors Department.
Assist with keeping records on amounts owed by customers and amounts paid
Will also assist with routine bookkeeping duties in order to submit records on overdue accounts
Capturing invoices, overdue accounts and contacting debtors by telephone in order to recover the outstanding balance
Negotiate and determines a deadline for payment and follow up on the payment of the accounts
Reconcile EFTs
Daily Banking
Ad Hoc Duties as required in the Dept
We are looking for a candidate who has/is;
National Senior Certificate
Strong , focused attention to detail skills
3 to 5 years relevant experience in a similar environment
Must be numerically focused, motivated
Communicate well with the ability to work well independently when required.

Greet , screen, schedule, and direct patients, handle telephone calls, take detailed messages and route them accordingly, coordinate all activities for the dentists, specialists and practice , maintain a daily schedule for clinical and administrative tasks, perform clerical duties related to clinical services, prepare and process all practice correspondence and emails, draft letters for dentists and other clinical staff, perform practice receptionist duties as required to relieve receptionist, obtain, verify, and update patient information, request locate, send, and receive patient medical records, maintain medical appointment books, assist with preparation of agendas, materials and notes, attend clinical meetings, take and distribute minutes, maintain routine files and assist in establishing office systems as well as procure office and clinical supplies and assist in the care and maintenance of office equipment. Our candidate will need to think creatively and face any task confidently.
