Responsibilities:

  • Executing sales for the assigned key strategic areas in line with business model and strategy
  • Developing relationship with customers and providing feedback to the Organisation on market changes
  • Propose distribution & value proposition for the assigned key strategic area
  • Monitoring and focusing on objectives and results of the key strategic areas
  • Continuous improvement of profitability and customer satisfaction by identifying and responding to their specific and general needs in harmony with the company’s objectives
  • Identify, prevent and act to market trends and changes identifying opportunities and threats
  • Provide training and co-operation to key strategic areas sales and marketing persons
  • Organized product presentation, promotional events and actively promote the brands and the name of the organization for the key strategic areas is responsible for
  • Responsible for winning at Fleets
  • Provides ongoing support to the customer base within a geographical area or customer assigned list
  • Ensure profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and account management
  • Drives retread growth in the region with the sales reps and report weekly progress
