Senior Membership Administrator

Job Description: 

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Senior Admin / team leader.
  • Matric
  • Studying towards or completed Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Office management,
  • People management and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written business
  • Computer literacy skills
  • Excel skills



  • Handle all membership enquiries
  • Carry out all marketing activities relating to membership drives/campaigns
  • Supervise Team.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting
  • Provide high quality administrative support to the team and Manager
  • Contact and follow-up on all leads: department or otherwise
  • Attend conferences and events to network with potential & current members
  • Ensure same day responses to all clients
  • Manage and liaise with suppliers and clients where necessary
  • Managing Advertising of vacancies
  • Manage monthly debtors
  • Streamline processes ensuring team works efficiently as possible
  • Ensuring 100% accuracy of all member data
  • On boarding of new partners as well as maintaining good relationship with existing partners
  • Relieve switchboard as required
  • Assist with and attend functions as required
  • Pro-active recruiting drives
