TES Recruiter (3 Months Contract)

Job Description: 


  • Marketing company to future candidates
  • Recruit for team vacancies
  • Maintain and build candidate database and offering a comprehensive service to candidates
  • Consult with internal team to ascertain company culture, needs, problem solving etc.
  • Taking down detailed job specification telephonically and face to face when needed.
  • Writing of advert copies and placing a minimum of (5) advertisement per week on Career Junction, Pnet, Website etc.
  • Screening advert responses
  • Headhunting of potential candidates
  • Detailed interviewing of candidates
  • Counseling candidate’s on “interview etiquette”
  • Proof reading typed CV versions
  • Matching candidate’s to job specifications and referring to the client/s
  • Inter-referring candidate’s with colleagues
  • Marketing of good candidate’s to potential clients
  • Arrange interviews, tests, parking, etc. for candidate’s on behalf of the client
  • Telephonic Reference’s / criminal / qualification / ITC checks
  • Updating existing candidate’s curriculum Vitae’s e.g. promotion, salary increases, etc.
  • Follow up on candidate’s referred and interviewed
  • Extended offers of employment to applicants and arrange letter of employment for applicants
  • Writing short resumes / job specifications for monthly mail shots (Candidates / Clients)
  • Recording daily statistics (Referrals / Send outs / Specifications etc)
  • Registering of all job specifications
  • Adhere to daily / weekly / monthly statistics – Job Spec’s, referrals, interview, conversions etc targets
  • Weekly in-house status meetings
  • Adhering to monthly targets
