- Arrange interviews, tests, parking, etc. for candidate’s on behalf of the client
- Telephonic Reference’s / criminal / qualification / ITC checks
- Updating existing candidate’s curriculum Vitae’s e.g. promotion, salary increases, etc.
- Follow up on candidate’s referred and interviewed
- Extended offers of employment to applicants and arrange letter of employment for applicants
- Writing short resumes / job specifications for monthly mail shots (Candidates / Clients)
- Recording daily statistics (Referrals / Send outs / Specifications etc)
- Registering of all job specifications
- Adhere to daily / weekly / monthly statistics – Job Spec’s, referrals, interview, conversions etc targets
- Weekly in-house status meetings
- Adhering to monthly targets
