Must come from a Call Centre environment 

Call center of approximately 100 staff 

Manage large teams 

Oversee policies and procedures 

Day to Day operations for the 112 Contact Centers. The 112 Coordinator will be responsible for the day to day management of the 112 contact Centre team which includes but is not limited to the 112 Team Leaders.

Day to Day operations for the 124 Contact Centres i.e. ensuring the efficient functioning of the Call taking and dispatching functionings within the contact centre. Management of the 124 Supervisors.
