Accounts Assistant

Reporting to the Finance Manager as the Accounts Assistant you will work within the Finance team.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to;

Invoice processing
Preparation of journal entries
Fixed assets
Month end reporting including preparation of trial balance
Cost accounting
Bank reconciliations
Ad hoc duties as required

To be successful in this role:

Degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
Be a self-starter, work independently as well as within a team
You possess outstanding analytical and technical skills
Strong stakeholder management experience with excellent verbal and written communication ability
Sound systems experience -uses a wide range of software in particular Word & Excel
