OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:

• Delivering training
• Consulting with clients
• Assessing and moderating, where required

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:

• Training Microsoft Office courses
• Training learnership courses (End User Computing)
• Completing report backs on clients competency
• On-site training
• Client consultation
• Assessing and moderating, where required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Training on all versions (must have):
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Microsoft Outlook
• Microsoft Project
• Microsoft Access

Training on all versions (beneficial to have):
• SharePoint End User
• Microsoft Visio
• A+
• Network+

Must have a thorough knowledge of subject matter tough
At least 2-3 years training experience
Must be passionate about training and the products they offer training on.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE NECESSARY:

• At least 2-3 years’ experience as a trainer
• Registered Microsoft Certified Trainer will be an advantage
• Registered as an Assessor with SETA
