Admin Assistant

Introduction
We are looking for an experienced Administration Clerk to execute daily support operations of our company. The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried out efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly. The ideal candidate will be appointed as the Admin assistant in this operational role

Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare purchase requisitions, send orders to suppliers after approval and follow up on deliveries with suppliers
Sort and verify all incoming documents and compile spreadsheets
Captured and processing of Production data
Assisting HR with time and attendance, capturing leave, assisting with documentation, ensuring that documents reach the Head office timeously
Assist with stock counts.
Assist with monthly site budgets
General Filing, ad Hoc and other operational tasks

Job Requirements: 

Skills
Good communication skills
Ability to constantly follow up on outstanding issues
Proven experience in administration and in a Creditors environment
An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
A team player
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook)
Knowledge of Pastel would be beneficial
Capable of working under pressure

Qualifications
Drivers’ license & Own transport required
Grade 12
Minimum of 5 year’s experience in an Admin related field
