Admin Assistant: Contracts and Compliance

Assists in managing the renewal of managed care contracts; Assists in coordinating all activities related to the management of managed care services with regards to SLA management; Assists in liaising with service providers with regards to contracting; Supports in rolling out specialist network with respect to contracting in accordance with approved phased programme; Ensure all submitted quarterly SLA reports are filed on share point; Assists in evaluating contracts for renewal timeously - notice for renewal/termination and sign-off of contracts; Provides administrative support to the Manager in developing reports; Liaises with SPN regarding meetings and the Healthcare Management SPN Forum; Provide administrative support to the business unit; Assists in monitoring and managing the Divisions compliance with CMS Regulations; Assists in ensuring that the division is up to date with the CMS compliance list; Assists in monitoring all industry developments and policy changes; Assists in coordinating Compliance of the Division with provisions of the MSA and the review of Clinical Governance Policy; Assists in managing the implementation of managed care services; Assists in coordinating and facilitating divisional audits; and Assists in coordinating various programmes within the division.

Job Requirements: 

At least a 3 year Diploma or NQF Level 6 on any legal qualification or Paralegal certificate; degree will be advantageous; At least 1-2 years office administration work experience dealing with contracts; Be organised and have good time management skills; Be analytical and have the ability to manage priorities.
