Position: General administrative Intern (x2)
The purpose of the position is to provide administrative support to the Feenix Student
Advancement, Operations and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities (include, but not exclusive to):
●Moderate student profiles and check the documentation submitted by students as
part of the Feenix student registration process
●Liaise directly with students via email, telephone and WhatsApp when additional
documentation or information is needed
●Update student profiles as requested on the backend
●Direct requests or unresolved queries to relevant parties/departments
●Provide weekly and monthly feedback on moderation progress (profile status, issues,
queries, etc)
●Track all queries using the platforms and tools provided by Feenix
●Assist the Student Advancement Coordinator with additional tasks as needed
(moderating frontend of the website, student recruitment etc.)
●Coordinate with teams and update the Communications Calendar
●Organise and file all marketing material and communication
●Represent the voice of students as a member of the Marketing team
●Participate and provide input in marketing meetings
●Build and maintain relationships and collaboration with the Student Advancement
and Fundraising team and other Feenix stakeholders
●Review and capture fee statement information submitted by universities.
●Clean up and maintain the Feenix Customer Relationship Management database
(Data management)
