Admin Supervisor [Parking]

Purpose of the Job:

The successful Admin Supervisor will report to the Contracts Manager. The Admin Supervisor will be responsible for providing effective Operations and Admin support within the Western Cape Branch.


- Enforce the Company's 'Code of Conduct'
- Ensure all Car Park Administration is completed accurately on a daily basis
- Ensure Recon is captured accurately
- Variances must be addressed and attended to timeously
- Conduct regular audits
- Headcount management of sites
- Staff management and discipline
- Time and attendance of staff on site weekly and completion of Attendance Registers which are sent to Regional Office H.R. by the given deadline
- Inventory Management (Cleaning supplies and any other requirements in order to keep the site operating at an optimum level).
- Ensure that all debtor payments are collected
- Familiarity with equipment and suppliers in order to maintain the equipment functionality
- Resolve landlord, parkers(clients) and regional office queries/concerns timeously
- Flexible towards the demands of the sites, out of office hours, shift and seasonal demands


- Matric Certified
- Solid Computer Proficiency
- 2-3 years of direct administration experience
- 2-3 years of direct experience in the parking industry
- Must be bilingual
- Driver's License Code 08 and own reliable vehicle
- Strong Customer Service delivery
- Relevant Degree/ Diploma will be advantageous\
