Administrative Assistant - US Time Zone

Our Client a reputable US organisation seeks to employ a reliable , well presented , well spoken highly organised individual. This is a fantastic opportunity for an indiviual who would like to join a team of skilled team members who are at the forefront of international digital design in dentistry

General:

Take initial incoming calls to ensure the calls are transferred correctly. Help organize daily schedules to make sure managers are not overbooked.

Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills to resolve daily insurance issues and answer frequently asked questions.

Complete requests by greeting clients on the telephone; answering and referring inquiries.

Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.

Use software packages, such as Microsoft Office and Google Drive to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain spreadsheets and databases.

Customer Service Management: Following up with clients & resolving any complaints.

To perform any other duties assigned or delegated by his/her immediate supervisor.

Maintaining database, invoicing, dealing with emails.

To be considered for this role in addition to the specifications below the applicant must have own reliable vehicle and be able to work nights (3pm-Midnight) - subject to slight change for daylight savings
