Take initial incoming calls to ensure the calls are transferred correctly. Help organize daily schedules to make sure managers are not overbooked.
Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills to resolve daily insurance issues and answer frequently asked questions.
Complete requests by greeting clients on the telephone; answering and referring inquiries.
Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
Use software packages, such as Microsoft Office and Google Drive to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain spreadsheets and databases.
Customer Service Management: Following up with clients & resolving any complaints.
To perform any other duties assigned or delegated by his/her immediate supervisor.
Maintaining database, invoicing, dealing with emails.
