A reputable and well established construction company seeks the services of an Administrator.
The administrator duties will be the following but not limited to
Providing quotation to the client
Follow a job progress system
Capture data on Microsoft excel spreadsheets
Typing documents on Microsoft word
Liaising with the client
Must have the following
Good telephone etiquette
2-3 years relevant experience
A certificate in administration or relevant tertiary education will be advantageous
Working on Microsoft Excel and Word
Matric with Maths
Able to work with excel spreadsheets
2 years relevant experience
Tertiary education would be advantageous
